Castelfugo Bib

This wine comes from the typical green hills of Tuscany. It is mainly made with Sangiovese grapes, which are carefully and manually harvested at full maturity

Grape Varieties: 80% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot
Wine-making Technique: soft crushing; the temperature is controlled during fermentation and maceration to express the typical characteristics of these elegant grapes properly

ORGANOLEPTIC EXAM
Colour: ruby red with a garnet hue
Aroma: cherries and hints of vanilla
Taste: round, full and pleasantly structured

FOOD MATCHING
Perfect with almost all meats like beef, lamb or wild game. It is also perfect to taste with Italian pasta and mature cheese. It is also a great meditation wine.
